Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm (UAE/International).

Responsibilities

Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time, On-site

NYK Law Firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Legal Associate to join our litigation and advisory team. Reporting directly to the Partners, the successful candidate will handle complex corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters, and will be expected to deliver sound, practical legal advice with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex legal matters and provide practical, risk-based recommendations.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies for litigation and/or arbitration proceedings.
• Represent clients and coordinate with courts, tribunals, and governmental authorities.
• Manage case files independently and ensure the timely progression of matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm (UAE/International)
• Bilingual/Trilingual proficiency in Arabic, English and any other language.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and court procedures.
• Proven drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
