Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from English-medium section.
• 3–5 years of professional legal experience within a UAE-based law firm.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker; professional fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in UAE laws, legal research, contract negotiation, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support to diverse clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and documentation.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and legal proceedings.
• Ensure firm and client compliance with local UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate on legal strategy development.
