Financial Markets Online in Dubai invites ambitious sales professionals to join our growing trading education team. The role focuses on handling high volumes of inbound inquiries and guiding clients to the most suitable trader training program.

You will work closely with directors, earn a strong commission with monthly bonuses, and be part of an expanding GCC operation. A direct, target-driven environment with Visa and insurance provided for in-house full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum broker or sales experience.
• Full time in house Monday - Friday; no hybrid option.
• Visa & Insurance included.
• Salary + High commissions and bonuses.
• Strong work ethic and target-driven ambition.
• Great telephone manner and rapport-building over the phone.
• Resilient and able to learn from mistakes."
• Working under pressure and efficiently on your own as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound HOT inquiries and introduce clients to the most relevant trader training program.
• Work with traders to ensure the client is progressing throughout their programme.
• Collaborate with one of the directors to grow the business across the GCC.
