Zusammenfassung

Bayzat is hiring a Customer Support Agent in the UAE to deliver high-quality, Arabic- and English-language assistance for our SaaS health insurance platform. You will handle onboarding, troubleshooting, and documentation, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly through CRM and ticketing workflows.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams to improve the customer experience, identify recurring problems, and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably SaaS or health insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems; ability to draft concise responses using AI tools and verify accuracy.
• Empathy and a customer-centric mindset with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide multichannel customer support (phone, email, chat, WhatsApp) to Bayzat SaaS health insurance users.
• Troubleshoot software issues and guide customers to resolutions following guidelines.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM; flag recurring issues for product improvements.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolutions.
• Onboard new customers and train them on features and workflows.
