Job summary

Capital Health Screening Centre (CHSC) in Abu Dhabi is seeking UAE Nationals for the Guest Services Officer role. You will be the first point of contact, handling patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification while providing Arabic-English interpretation.

Responsibilities include cash handling, billing inquiries, and ensuring DOH, DHA, and JCI compliance, with a focus on exceptional patient service and smooth operations across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients to ensure a positive and professional experience.
• Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
• Handle cash collections, billing inquiries, and accurate patient identification.
• Provide Arabic-English interpretation to support clear patient-staff communication.
• Support clinical assistant duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, DHA, and JCI standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams.
• Contribute to service excellence and continuous process improvement.
