Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Partner Customer Success Manager to guide strategic partners through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You’ll work with English plus Spanish or French, manage multi-region relationships, and drive retention and upsell opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the F&B and retail domains.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Customer Success, onboarding, implementation or account management in SaaS.
• Fluent English; Spanish or French is a strong advantage.
• Experience in F&B or Retail loyalty solutions is a plus.
• Comfortable configuring software platforms and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall partner relationship after Sales signs the agreement and be the main contact.
• Guide partners through onboarding, ensuring they understand how to use the product.
• Ensure partner satisfaction by addressing issues and coordinating with internal teams.
• Transfer partner requests to Support for tech/integration issues.
• Escalate critical situations to Managers promptly.
• Voice partner needs to influence product development and improvements.
