Job summary

SOCIALEYEZ in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Social Media Community Manager with 2+ years of experience in ORM, social media, or digital communications. You will monitor brand mentions using social listening tools, perform sentiment analysis, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly client reports in both Arabic and English.

You will coordinate with internal teams, track industry trends, and support crisis management with real-time data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ORM, Social Media, or Digital Communications.
• Strong analytical skills with social listening tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mentions across social platforms, forums, blogs and news using social listening tools.
• Perform sentiment analysis and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients.
• Assess risks and escalate crises with recommended responses in minutes.
• Coordinate with account managers, creative teams, and client representatives to resolve issues swiftly.
• Track trends and provide competitive insights to clients.
• Provide crisis support and data to shape press releases and statements.
