Le Chene, recruiting for YTYCHEM INTERNATIONAL FZE in Dubai, seeks an Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end logistics workflows and freight forwarding for a new business sector. You will act as the primary operational bridge between UAE operations, overseas partners, and Chinese-speaking teams.

Requirements include fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, proven logistics or shipping operations experience, and strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English for daily cross-border collaboration.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or shipping operations.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset to set up and drive operations in a newly established sector.

Responsabilités

• Operations & Logistics Coordination: Oversee end-to-end operational workflows and freight forwarding/logistics management for our new business sector.
• Cross-Border Communication: Act as the primary operational bridge between local UAE operations, overseas partners, and Chinese-speaking international teams.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage shipping documentation, customs coordination, and real-time shipment tracking.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with carriers, warehousing facilities, port authorities, and logistics vendors.
• Problem Solving: Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth trade execution in a fast-paced environment.
