Q Communications is seeking a proactive Freelance Community Manager to support our growing portfolio of brands in the UAE. You will engage with online communities across social platforms, respond to comments and queries, and monitor sentiment to keep conversations on-brand.

This hourly freelance role offers flexible hours and weekend availability, with opportunities to work across multiple brands and industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management or social media roles.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

• Proactive, organised and responsive.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms
• Respond to comments, messages and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
• Monitor conversations, trends and sentiment around the brand
• Translate content calendars and social media content as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the original messaging
• Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms in line with the approved content calendar
• Support content roll-out by ensuring posts are published on time and receive strong community interaction
• Escalate any issues or risks appropriately
• Provide regular reports on engagement, feedback and community insights
