Shaw Contract Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide virtual and in-person support to Middle East and French-speaking customers. You will handle orders, inquiries, showroom management, and vendor coordination, delivering a world-class customer experience daily.

The role focuses on first contact resolution, professional communication, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing to ensure timely deliveries and accurate information.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Customer Service experience in a sales environment or hospitality service for a premium or luxury brand.
• Preferred languages: French, German.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, in English and local regional languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person support to Middle East and French-speaking customers.
• Process orders, respond to inquiries, and prepare correspondence for customers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Maintain showroom environment, manage sample library, refreshments, and vendor coordination.
• Update Salesforce (SFDC) with project information and generate quotes/reports when needed.
