Job summary

Shaw Contract – Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide virtual and in-person support to Middle East & French-speaking customers. You will handle orders, correspondence and inquiries for an excellent service experience, while also managing the Dubai showroom and sample library to support sales activities.

The role focuses on first-contact resolution, professional communication, and coordination with the sales team, logistics and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and inquiries accurately and promptly.

• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with refreshments and vendors.
