Qualifications

• Receptionist experience in clinic/hospital in UAE preferred.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog/Filipino.
• Ability to handle appointments, registrations, insurance verification, billing and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Register patients and verify insurance details and approvals.
• Manage billing, payments, and basic cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to support smooth clinic operations.
