Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival and direct to waiting area.
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls; manage inquiries in person or by phone.
• Maintain tidy reception, manage calendars and appointments, and input patient data.
• Assist with travel arrangements for patients and coordinate with staff on arrivals.
• Support operations with ad hoc admin tasks and filing.
