Role requires native Arabic and fluent English, valid UAE residency with NOC or cancellation papers for immediate transfer, and fast data-entry in a high-volume customer support environment. You will log calls into the CRM and ensure data privacy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and hospitals regarding policy limits, co-payments, and network coverage.
• De-escalate tense situations with frustrated customers who are experiencing delays in medical approvals.
• Log detailed and highly accurate patient interaction notes into the central corporate CRM system.
• Strictly follow Department of Health (DOH) regulations regarding patient data privacy and confidentiality.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Language: Native-level fluency in Arabic and excellent spoken English are strictly required.
• Visa: Valid UAE residency with a clear NOC or active cancellation paper for immediate labor transfer.
• Skills: High-speed data entry and previous experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
