Job summary

Workato in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closure, define objectives, set timelines, allocate resources and manage budgets to deliver high standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in project management or related field, 5+ years of experience in complex projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project.

English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (if necessary).
