Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth and cultivate strong client relationships within the assigned territory. You will identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, conducting presentations, and closing deals while collaborating with technical and product teams to ensure client satisfaction. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in aviation, defense, or simulation preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse client stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned quotas.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and position CAE solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Represent CAE at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
