Aventus Global Talent is seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to own the end-to-end process of bids, tenders, and commercial agreements in the UAE. You will collaborate with leadership, sales and marketing to craft compliant, compelling responses that win new business.

You will review client terms, draft MSAs and NDAs, maintain approved templates, and ensure alignment with UAE labour law. A track record of successful bids and strong commercial judgement are essential.

Competenze

• 4–7 years’ experience in bid management, tendering or commercial contracts.
• Background in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing or professional services is desirable.
• Proven track record of winning bids and negotiating commercial terms.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour law and GCC procurement.
• Excellent written English and strong commercial judgement.
• A law degree, APMP certification, KSA experience or Arabic is an advantage.

The Role

You will own every bid, tender and commercial agreement across the business, working closely with our leadership, sales and marketing teams. You’ll help us win new business and make sure the terms we agree protect the company.
