Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a friendly Bellman to warmly greet guests on arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and escort guests to their rooms with a focus on service excellence.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping to fulfill guest requests, provide local information, and maintain safety and confidentiality standards while presenting a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bellman or guest-facing hotel role preferred.
• Friendly, energetic and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage safely.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
