Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Commercial Brand Manager to lead the growth of an exciting Asian beauty portfolio across the GCC. You will own commercial planning and go-to-market strategies, translating global brand directions into locally relevant plans that drive growth.

You will work with global brand partners, KAMs, local market teams, Supply Chain and retailers to deliver sell-in and sell-out, manage budgets, and monitor performance across stores, e‑commerce and marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Beauty, FMCG or fast-paced consumer environments.
• Strong beauty category knowledge, skincare and/or haircare preferred.
• Exposure to Asian beauty markets is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to plan, forecast, budget and manage performance.
• Experience across retail, e-commerce and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial planning and performance of the portfolio across the GCC.
• Develop localized go-to-market strategies aligned with global direction.
• Build annual business plans, sales targets and budgets with local teams and retailers.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to close gaps.
• Lead regional launches, novelties, activations and BTL campaigns.
• Manage A&P and marketing budgets for commercial impact.
• Analyze sales trends and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with KAMs and retail partners for execution across stores and e‑commerce.
• Ensure in-store VM, GWP activities and portfolio excellence.
• Build strong relationships with global and local stakeholders.
