Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing/procurement experience (Beauty & Cosmetics preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency.
• Fluent English and strong analytical/negotiation abilities.
• Detail oriented with proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.
• Vendor communication and logistics coordination.
• Reporting experience with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders with quantities, specs, and timelines.
• Track shipments from supplier to warehouse and update status.
• Resolve delivery delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies.
• Bridge between suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstock and stockouts.
• Forecast demand using historical data, promotions, and trends.
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing on product listings and availability.
• Support assortment decisions aligned with demand and brand.
• Oversee timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Monitor shipping timelines and customs clearance.
• Address delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies proactively.
• Track supplier lead times and quality standards.
• Generate reports on purchasing activity and stock levels.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
