Responsibilities

• Calculating and placing orders with suppliers.
• Communicating with suppliers about orders, shipments, prices, and specifications.
• Conducting reconciliations with suppliers.
• Monitoring inventory levels in company warehouses.
• Ensuring uninterrupted product deliveries.
• Completing reports on work activities.
• Monitoring product availability.
• Holding meetings with related department employees to address shortages and overstocking.
