Sephora Dubai is seeking a dynamic team leader to drive exceptional client experiences at our flagship store. You will guide floor operations, coaching the beauty team and delivering Sephora Attitude in every interaction.

You will apply product knowledge, manage daily KPIs, and foster lasting client relationships while upholding Sephora standards and a premium in-store experience. English fluency required; Arabic is a plus for UAE markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a luxury beauty environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and upselling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced store environment.

• Apply Sephora Attitude with the use of digital tools to enhance the client’s experience.
• Share product knowledge to build the sale and basket.
• Have a friendly and engaging personality to foster and maintain long-lasting positive client relationships.
• Provide support to the team in difficult situations ensuring client’s satisfaction.
• Energize and motivate the team through effective floor management to guarantee an addictive experience for our clients.
• Provide support for the floor manager as an active co-lead.
• Inspire the team to offer our complementary services to maximize client satisfaction.
• Provide support for the Manager by maintaining and enforcing quality customer service and resolving customer service complaints.
• Empower the team to advise the clients on the most appropriate range of products, according to their needs and skin type.
