Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee stores in the Dubai area. You will lead people, standards, customer experience and financial operations, coaching teams to translate retail plans into actions that drive KPIs and sales.

You will deliver exceptional service, manage store operations, and develop talent to scale the business while aligning with Sephora's omni-channel priorities and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Multiple store management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in delivering sales targets and KPI performance.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of all pre-agreed sales and KPI targets across stores.
• Ensure exceptional retail and operational standards in allocated stores.
• Develop and coach Store Managers and store teams to meet plans and budgets.
• Provide leadership and direction reflecting Sephora's vision and strategy.
