Job summary

CHANEL in Dubai Hills is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a 6-month temporary position in our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique. You will excel in makeup, fragrance and skincare while building a loyal client base through outstanding service and clienteling.

You bring at least 5 years of luxury retail experience, fluency in English, and a passion for beauty. You will uphold CHANEL standards, collaborate with the team, and drive boutique success through personalized client experiences.

Qualifications

• Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Passionate about makeup and beauty with excellent client experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, intercultural.

Responsibilities

• Create tailor-made client experiences and deliver personalized solutions.
• Welcome clients in line with Chanel rituals to build loyalty.
• Develop cross-selling across boutique categories.
• Handle client requests and complaints according to guidelines.
• Build and maintain your client database and perform clienteling with the Manager.
• Participate in beauty events and workshops for clients.
• Maintain boutique standards and provide reports to the Manager.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

6-months temporary position based in Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, Dubai Hills.

CHANEL boutiques are the heart of the brand's vision. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances and skincare), and you will contribute tocreating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience is given to each client.

• Ensuring the Boutique is perfectly well maintained in respect to the VM guidelines

• Understanding and participating in the operation of the Boutique and provide your Manager with appropriate reports

• Collaborating with others and contributing to building the success of the Boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs

KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• You are a Beauty Advisor withat least 5years of experience within a high-end or Luxury Retail environment.

• Fluency in English is a must, Arabic or Russian would be an advantage.

• You are passionateabout make-up and beauty overall and have a strong understanding of excellent client experience.

• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach.
