Job summary

Al Zorah Beach Resort seeks an experienced Beach Club F&B Attendant to welcome guests and deliver personalised service in a luxury, outdoor setting near Ajman. You will engage guests, present menus, and ensure timely delivery in a relaxed, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience in hotel, resort, restaurant or beach club.
• Experience in beach, poolside or outdoor dining is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards and guest engagement.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen awareness.
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in the beach area, providing attentive and personalised food and beverage service.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely service and appropriate presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs by offering refreshments, replenishing beverages and responding promptly to requests.
• Prepare and maintain beach service stations, trays, equipment and designated guest areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and service colleagues to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of beachside dining areas and service equipment.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, temperature and presentation during outdoor service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements, confirming information when necessary.
• Identify appropriate opportunities to upsell food, beverages and resort offerings.
• Process guest orders and billing accurately through the POS system.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible beverage service procedures.
• Observe beach safety guidelines and promptly report hazards or guest concerns to the appropriate team.
• Support special beach dining arrangements, events and guest celebrations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience within a hotel, resort, restaurant or beach club, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in beach, poolside or outdoor dining service is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu presentation and guest engagement.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen awareness.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Micros or a comparable platform.
• A warm, professional and approachable personality with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in an outdoor environment and maintain service standards during busy periods.
• Good teamwork, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple guest requests.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
