Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a5-star kitchen environment, including substantial experience in BeachClub operations and kitchen leadership.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily BeachClub kitchen operations for efficiency and standards.
• Monitor resource consumption and optimize equipment, ingredients, and inventory.
• Develop weekly set menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to recipes and guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and support kitchen team to maintain performance and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and utensils per HACCP regulations.
• Address guest requests and feedback to enhance dining experience.
• Uphold health and safety practices and perform additional duties as assigned.
