Caocao Mobility is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development professional to drive growth in the UAE. You will lead a team, identify new partnerships, and craft strategic plans to expand market presence in the mobility sector.

The role requires a strong track record in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Dubai location with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Seven years minimum in business development with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance company offerings.
• Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development strategies.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and potential partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
