Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services in Dubai is hiring a BD Associate - Business Set Up to drive new business with clients seeking UAE company formation services. You will generate opportunities, manage leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, and networking, and coordinate proposals through onboarding to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales/Telesales experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or other client-facing industries.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a commercial mindset and confidence in making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients interested in UAE business setup or company formation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, schedule consultations, prepare or coordinate proposals/quotations, and support the sales process from inquiry through onboarding.
• Achieve assigned individual sales and activity targets.
• Presentable, energetic, organized, and comfortable in a client-facing role; knowledge of UAE business setup, licenses, visas, or PRO services is a plus.
