Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in direct client-facing sales and marketing.
• Experience with corporate service providers or business setup is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fast-paced environments, meeting company-defined targets in a KPI-focused setting.
• Knowledge of UAE free zones (DMCC, DIFC, DED, IFZA, HAFZA, RAKEZ, MYZ) is advantageous.
• Provide exceptional service and support, ensuring clients are consistently updated.
• Persuade clients to utilize our services across business incorporation, VAT advisory, PRO services, and banking.
• Execute delegated administrative tasks.
• Assist in company marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrate passion and determination to exceed targets.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate flexibility with working hours as needed.
• Familiarity with UAE labor, immigration laws, and governmental procedures.
• Understanding of various industries' business models, feasibility, and planning.
