Job summary

Ventures Middle East in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the organization's BCM framework, align with ISO 22301 standards, and oversee training.

You will conduct risk assessments and BIAs, develop BCPs and DRPs, collaborate with IT and other departments, and drive continuous improvement and incident response readiness across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Strong knowledge of BCM frameworks and ISO 22301.
• Experience with Clearview and Castellan BCM solutions.
• CBCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's BCM framework.
• Conduct risk assessments and BIAs to identify threats and impacts to operations.
• Develop and maintain BCM plans and DRPs; coordinate with IT and other departments.
• Coordinate BCM training and awareness programs for staff at all levels.
• Lead testing and exercises of BCPs and DRPs; monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
