The Career Nest is opening a chic all-day dining room in Dubai, inviting a skilled bartender to join a night-to-day service culture where precision matters from morning coffee to late-night cocktails.

You will craft drinks across the day, maintain a pristine, compliant bar, and collaborate with floor and kitchen teams during peak service, with opportunities for growth within the group’s international rooms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience as a bartender in upscale dining or hotels.
• Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, coffee and tea.
• Awareness of UAE regulations on alcohol service.
• Fluent English; a second European language is a plus.

You run the bar across the whole day — coffee and tea service in the morning, cocktails and aperitivo by evening.

What We're Looking For

• One to two years as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, coffee and tea
• Awareness of UAE regulations on alcohol service
• Fluent English; a second European language an advantage
