Role Overview:

As an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress at Delano Dubai, you will play a vital role in delivering our signature luxury experience directly to our guests’ rooms. You will be responsible for providing prompt, attentive, and personalized service that ensures every guest feels valued and cared for in the comfort of their own space.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Take and deliver in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently, providing a warm and courteous experience with every interaction.

Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the in-room dining menu, including specials, to offer recommendations and answer guest queries confidently.

Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are correctly prepared, presented, and delivered within expected timeframes, coordinating closely with kitchen and service teams.

Room Setup: Arrange and present food and beverages neatly and professionally in guest rooms, adhering to hotel standards and guest preferences.

Guest Engagement: Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and address any concerns promptly and discreetly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of service equipment and trolley to uphold hygiene and efficiency standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the high standards of Delano Dubai.

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience:You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills:Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge:You're proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background:A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
