Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality experience in premium venues is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for refined guest interactions.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel operations, bar systems, and event service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: mix, garnish and serve drinks for banquets and events.
• Guest Service: engage with guests, take orders, respond to special requests.
• Setup & Cleanup: prepare bars, restock, maintain hygiene post-event.
• Coordination: work with banquet staff, servers and kitchen to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock, report shortages and assist restocking.
• Compliance: follow health, safety and sanitation regulations, ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Support: assist with overall event setup and breakdown.
