Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors to the bar and hotels, listening to beverage preferences and making recommendations.
• Take beverage orders and assist with food selections; prepare orders and inform guests about new beverages and specials.
• Prepare beverages, blend ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve guests.
• Check guest ages to ensure legal alcohol consumption; manage cash, credit and debit transactions and balance the register.
• Keep the bar and dining area clean; remove trash, clear tables, wash glasses and tools; maintain stock levels.
• Develop and introduce new cocktail recipes to enhance menu offerings.
