Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, recommending drinks, maintaining stock, and complying with regulations. Prior experience and a training certificate are required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy with basic POS usage.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
