Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of bartending experience, strong English communication, knowledge of mixology, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a vibrant Dubai hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in bartending or related F&B operations.
• Extensive mixology knowledge and beverage presentation.
• Proficiency with bar equipment and tools.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math for cash handling and inventory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Dubai liquor laws and regulations.
• TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and classic drinks.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring needs are met promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
• Process drink orders quickly and accurately, demonstrating excellent multitasking.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with beverage trends and suggest innovative drink ideas.
