Job summary

ConFlip in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a motivated and experienced bartender to join our team. You will craft cocktails, mocktails and other drinks while delivering outstanding service to guests.

You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced setting, contributing to the restaurant’s success and guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or similar position.
• Knowledgeable in bartending techniques such as blending, stirring, pouring drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Punctual and reliable attendance record.
• Flexibility in working early mornings/late nights.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must possess valid work authorization papers (if not from UAE).
