AlphaMind Group is seeking a proactive Bartender for Cafe KIRA in a luxury hospitality setting in Dubai. The role emphasizes beverage preparation, bar operations, guest engagement, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Bartender in luxury hospitality.
• Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and mixology techniques.
• Experience with luxury guest service and F&B operations.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation & Service: prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to luxury standards and with personalized guest recommendations.
• Bar Operations: set up, organize, and maintain the bar; monitor stock and assist with inventory control.
• Guest Engagement & Upselling: engage with guests, upsell premium beverages and suggest pairings.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure health, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to luxury standards.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks.
• Provide personalized recommendations to guests and create memorable beverage experiences.

Bar Operations

• Set up, organize, and maintain the bar before, during, and after service.
• Monitor and manage stock levels; assist with ordering and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Minimize waste and follow portion control procedures.

Guest Engagement & Upselling

• Engage with guests professionally and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Upsell premium beverages and suggest pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail innovations, and beverage knowledge.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and verify guest age where required.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
