Sunset Hospitality Group's ISOLA Italian dining in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Barback to join its opening team. You will support the bar by maintaining stock, ensuring cleanliness and mise en place throughout service.

The ideal candidate has prior bar, restaurant or hospitality experience, basic knowledge of beverage operations, and the energy to perform physical tasks safely while working as part of a dedicated team. English communication is essential.

• Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beverage products and bar operations advantageous.
• Energetic, reliable and able to perform physical tasks safely.
• Strong teamwork, organization and attention to detail.
• Good English communication; an additional language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Replenish spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware and ice during service.
• Prepare basic garnishes, juices and bar mise en place.
• Collect, wash and polish glassware and bar equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, storage and service areas.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and proper storage.
• Remove waste safely and promptly.
• Support bartenders during busy service periods.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Barback to join the opening team at ISOLA. The Barback will support the bar team by maintaining stock, cleanliness and mise en place throughout service.

Key Responsibilities
