Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in high-volume or luxury settings.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests
• Create and recommend cocktails ensuring proper food and drink pairings
• Maintain bar cleanliness, garnishes and proper mise-en-place
• Manage stock, perform inventory checks and control costs efficiently
