Job summary

Daikan Hospitality Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Bartender to oversee bar operations, craft beverages to the highest standards, and lead the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise bartenders and bar backs, manage inventory, control costs, train new staff, and drive beverage sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bartending experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure bar operations are efficient and maintain high beverage quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle issues professionally.
• Supervise, guide, and support bartenders and bar backs.
• Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation and policies.
• Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders to control costs.
• Recommend beverages and upsell premium products to guests.
