Job summary

Daikan Izakaya in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, superb customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will prepare and serve beverages, create innovative cocktails, maintain bar cleanliness and mise-en-place, manage stock, and ensure hygienic, responsible service while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume or luxury setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity in developing new cocktails and beverage offerings.
