Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai is opening a beachfront outlet, inviting you to join as Barback. You will support bartenders, stock the bar, keep it clean, and help the team move efficiently during service.

This role offers hands-on learning from the ground up in a landmark setting, with a focus on teamwork and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel is a plus.
• Fast, reliable, and able to stay busy during service.
• Team player who is tidy and organised.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware and garnishes.
• Prepare garnishes and set up the bar before service.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised bar area.
• Support bartenders throughout service.
• Assist with deliveries and storage areas.
• Help with opening and closing duties.

The Role

As Barback, you keep the bar running. You make sure the bartenders have everything they need, keep the bar stocked and spotless, and help the whole team move faster during service. It is a great place to learn the bar from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware and garnishes
• Prepare garnishes and get the bar ready before service
• Keep the bar clean, tidy and well organised
• Support the bartenders throughout service
• Help with deliveries and storage areas
• Help with opening and closing duties

What you need

• Some experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel is a plus
• Fast, reliable and happy to keep busy
• A team player who jumps in where needed
• Tidy and organised
• Basic English
