Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai invites you to join as a Barback. Help keep the bar stocked and prepared, support bartenders, and ensure smooth service in a landmark beachfront setting.

Ideal candidates have some bar/restaurant experience, are fast and reliable, and enjoy working in a team. Basic English is enough to get started, with opportunities to grow in a celebrated French-Mediterranean concept.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel is a plus.
• Fast, reliable and happy to keep busy.
• A team player who jumps in where needed.
• Tidy and organised.
• Basic English.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware and garnishes.
• Prepare garnishes and get the bar ready before service.
• Keep the bar clean, tidy and well organised.
• Support the bartenders throughout service.
• Help with deliveries and storage areas.
• Help with opening and closing duties.
