Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) Dubai is seeking a Barback to help keep the bar running smoothly and to support the bartenders during service. You will learn the bar from the ground up in a beachfront setting with a renowned French-Mediterranean concept.

Potential candidates should be fast, reliable, and a team player who is eager to contribute in a high-paced environment. Basic English is required and accommodation and transport are provided for staff.

Qualifications

• Basic English is required.
• Experience in a bar/restaurant/hotel is a plus.
• Be a team player who jumps in where needed.
• Be fast, reliable and ready to keep busy.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware and garnishes.
• Prepare garnishes and get the bar ready before service.
• Keep the bar clean, tidy and well organised.
• Support the bartenders throughout service.
• Help with deliveries and storage areas.
• Help with opening and closing duties.
