Job summary

SO/ in Dubai is seeking an energetic barback to support bartenders and servers during all service periods. You will stock, organize and maintain bar supplies, and set up bar stations according to outlet standards.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, thrive in a high-volume setting, and be able to lift 30+ pounds while maintaining a professional appearance and efficient service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

• Efficiently stock organize and maintain all bar supplies equipment and inventory on a daily basis
• Prepare and set up all bar stations according to outlet standards and procedures before service begins
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding beverage offerings menu items and promotions in a helpful and informative manner
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage lists cocktail preparations and promotional offerings
