The Food and Beverage Group is seeking a Barback in the UAE to support bar operations by ensuring bartenders have the tools, stock, and setup for fast, efficient service. You will help maintain bar flow, cleanliness, and service readiness during busy periods.

Responsibilities include restocking, prep, assisting during peak times, maintaining bar cleanliness, handling stock and deliveries, and upholding hygiene and standards across opening and closing duties.

Qualificações

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and progress within bar operations.

• Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Ensure bar areas are fully prepared before service.
• Support bartenders during peak periods to maintain service speed.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar.
• Wash, polish, and restock glassware as required.
• Manage waste and recycling in line with standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating bar stock.
• Support stock counts and inventory checks.
• Report shortages or issues to senior bar staff.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Track KPIs: bar readiness, cleanliness, stock accuracy, teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Support & Preparation
