Job summary

EDITION Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver food and drinks to guests in a full-time capacity. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accuracy using the MICROS system.

You will coordinate with the kitchen on menu questions, dietary needs, and timing, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety and company standards. This role requires at least 1 year of related experience and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Communicate with kitchen about menu questions, wait times, dietary needs, and special requests.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order and process payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, and overall station; follow safety procedures.
