You will take orders, serve meals and beverages promptly, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction while following HACCP and safety standards. A good command of English and teamwork are essential, with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Ensure special requests and dietary requirements are communicated properly.
• Present bills and process payments when required.
