Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of all hotel bars and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop innovative beverage menus, manage costs and inventory, train the team, and drive revenue while complying with UAE regulations and brand standards. The role requires strong leadership and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of beverage/bar management experience.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and mixology.
• Experience leading teams, cost control, inventory management and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and guest service skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hotel bars and beverage outlets.
• Develop and implement beverage menus, cocktail concepts, seasonal promotions and offerings aligned with brand standards.
• Manage beverage costs, inventory, stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships to maximize profitability.
• Lead, train, motivate and develop the bar and beverage team with strong product knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Monitor beverage revenue, sales, cost of sales and departmental budgets to increase revenue and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, UAE regulations, licensing, hygiene standards and responsible service practices.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership, Culinary and other departments to enhance beverage offerings and events.

Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel bars and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, cocktail concepts, seasonal promotions, and beverage offerings aligned with the hotel's brand standards and guest preferences.
• Manage beverage costs, inventory, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the bar and beverage team, ensuring excellent product knowledge, service standards, upselling techniques, and consistent performance.
• Monitor beverage revenue, sales performance, cost of sales, and departmental budgets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, UAE regulations, licensing requirements, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service practices while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team, Culinary department, and other hotel departments to enhance beverage offerings, organize special events, improve guest satisfaction, and drive overall outlet performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar or beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, mixology, and international beverage trends.
• Proven experience in team leadership, beverage cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
